Boil some water in a pot and put some herbal plant leaves in the strainer above. Then cover the pot. After a while, put the soft and warm herbal cures on a tucker of loose tecture. Cope the aiching body part with it. Cover this bandage with a cotton tucker to fix it. Don’t leave it to cool down. The most effective is cat’s tail poultice.
This poultice can remain on the body for two hours or during the night.

Fres juice of herbal plants are good to use as dips or to cream the aimed body part with. We make the juice with shaker as it can chop the herbs up and squeeze them as well. Make fresh juice for daily use only. If we keep the juice in small bottles, plugged properly, it can be good for several months.
